The Hoover room is available for meetings and seminars Monday through Friday for morning and afternoon sessions. Morning sessions are from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Afternoon sessions are from 1:00 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. The library closes at 4:00 p.m. The cost per session is $150.

The library does provide some audiovisual equipment: Videocassette Player; TV Monitor; Slide Projector; Overhead Projector; Screen; Chalk Board; Easel and Microphone

Coffee is available if requested. Cups, creamer, sugar and napkins are also provided. Refreshments and soft drinks are allowed. The Hoover room must be clean and neat when your presentation is over.

A schedule of activities is published monthly by the library and posted on this website. Programs and presentations are free and open to the public unless indicated otherwise. The Sun City Library only sponsors the programs that are so indicated in the schedule and does not endorse presentations unless sponsored. The program schedule is subject to change.
